The Daring Couples

It seems an eternity since i wrote something on the blog and I am sorry about that(i guess that sorry is directed only to the blog).I somehow felt a sudden surge to write today so i said to myself it is now or never, now here i am writing lets hope it turns out to be a good one.

A week ago i had gone to watch the movie Rock on and i was walking towards Wave cinema through the lanes behind Westgate mall and i saw a couple(by a couple i mean a boy and a girl these days couples can be of same sex too) smooching each other in broad daylight. I said to myself wtf i mean it is just 6'o clock in the evening. Though seeing me they got a little embarrassed and stopped but i didnt bother and i just walked ahead. I was amazed at their guts as those lanes arent deserted, people do walk by so a lot of risk is involved.

Then this couple which i saw in Rajouri Market went a few steps ahead. It was some months ago and time was around 9pm and this sardar was driving his car and side by side his hands were at certain places in and around the woman's body(i hope you get the drift). They were enjoying the moment rather than being worried about the fact that whether or not anyone was watching them. Though my friend and I walked back home laughing.

Now what i am gonna tell you about is just amazing. I mean how many girls would have the balls to be smooching their boyfriends in a mall that is just a 15 minutes walk from their home. And as her luck turned out one of the aunties living in their neighbhourhood saw her doing that atleast that is what the girl thought initially. So she took a bold step and dictated this incident to the ladies son but it turned out to her chagrin that the aunty had not seen them. And that guy being a friend told me this and the funny point is that girl lives near my house and all the nearby auntied keep praising her "kitni sharif laadki hai".LOL

So next time be a little carfeul when coochioing with your boyfriend and girlfriend as you never know who might see you or who might write about you on his or her blog. And if possible if someone out there have done these kind of things in public please do tell me why do you do it?

And it's called PDA. Public display of affection. Come to Ansal Plaza sometime. What you have narrated is NOTHING compared to what happens there.

Well, public displays of affection are in many ways taboo in India, and your observations are very apt. But the fact is that people who do it are the ones who are too overwhelmed by their passions and are least bothered about who is watching them- a state of trans.
Just try spending a few days in france , couples fooling around and having fun(though not at all in a vulgar way, french are indeed very artistic people :p) is the order of the day...

But you know i wanna know the reason why do they do it.I mean with such a lot at stake you know your reputation and your parents and much more where is the fun factor..I mean what thrill does this PDA give them..

just one answer - try it :p

Hmm seems a nice idea but there are two reasons why i cant do it first i am not daring enough to show public display of affection.Secondly i am not sure when i have a girlfriend(to be more honest lets say IF I EVER HAVE A GIRLFRIEND) whether she will be willing to do it..i would want to force her to do this..

What is wrong with PDA?that other should be ashamed of...

Well to be honest if you ask me there is no such thing as wrong or right it is all just a matter of perspective.Someone kills for a living so to you he might be doing a sin but for him that is his profession. Now for the PDA issue if you read carefully i have never said it is wrong or right i have just asked why do you do it..What thrill do you get it?I mean there might be countries where you might see people having sex and the passers by giving a damn about that.In short i wanted to present this issue with a light hearted manner nothing more.Though may i ask you whether you have had any experience in PDA you never know who might take a cue from your book..

Well I think its a personal choice yaar. Most of the people think they are firangs these days... Anyway, I have my reservations against PDA. I don't like it. I mean a peck on the lips is fine but smooching in public can be weird.

@chepanand

oye sab cheez ka time hota hai.
dnt say u won't hav a gf evr. right nw whts imp is to first bcom somethin in lyf. yeh sab ke liye bahut tym milega.

ok so they were at it. priciples aside. dez r probably the best days of their lives. so let them njoy.

it luks good as long as they arn't caught but whn the shit hits the fan they will run for cover.
it's a brave new world out der.
if they arn't bothered abt their rep or parents or ppl in general. so b it.
who gives a shit???

once into a relationship ppl change completely. they forget their old frnds. they tend to relate evrythin to tht person only. they get brain-washed.

ps: m a 1 woman guy. n i think u r 2. besides who needs these time-pass relationships neways.
i wud prefer to play 1 hr CS than waste 1 hr talkin on phn.

hi,

I dont have a prob with PDA but the points you raise are very valid. Our society is still struggling to keep up with the old value system and the western system.

But all things aside, I dont like you saying ki "meri gf nahin hogi"

y such an attitude yaar
